Summary |
Who says you can't do it all in one night? Certainly not rock star Susanna Hoffs. The sultry singer makes her motion picture debut in this contemporary "beach party" comedy. She's a fun-loving co-ed whose frustration at having spent four years at a California surf-side college without a significant romance is matched only by her determination to do something about it. Aiding Hoffs in her last-ditch search for "Mr. Right" is a pair of sexy roomies who decide to gear up for the hottest part of the year and experience the most memorable evening of all time. It moves to a rock beat supplied by Boomerang, Ronnie Spector, Mike and the Mechanics, Timbuck 3, Price-Sulton and Aretha Franklin. Copyright MCA |

Comments | A classic of its genre. It has its moments. The scene where Val has to keep turning around is a fan favorite. |
